People are rude on phone. Told me to go to a walk in. Went for appointment today. Was 5 minutes late and they would not take me in and wanted to reschedule for end of July! That is two months away. This is a follow up for a problem with my heart!Only good thing about this place is my Dr. Jenn. I love her but will probably be looking for new Dr. soon.

I had an appointment at 1:30pm for my baby, got there on time for the receptionist to tell me I had missed it and that it was really at 1:00pm. I had received the text stating the appointment was indeed at 1:30pm and even still they turned me away and forced me to reschedule, the receptionist was rude and miserable about. Acted like it was MY fault and like I was to blame. Was completely unapologetic and mean. This was for A BABY, we will be switching pediatricians ASAP
