Did not have a good experience. In a total of 4 weeks we had 1 nurse call in 3x, 2 no-call no-shows, and a nurse that left our son’s ventilator off and skipped treatments.
The service I received top notch! They effectively communicated with me with any new information. I appreciate all the support and help that the owner and the staff have provided for me and my daughter.
Great agency! Been with them couple yrs and can say they're here when needed, caring and honest . I Trust the services that they provide for my son and I will recommend to a friend , family. Thank you Affinity for everything you do👌
If you are looking for a great agency to care for your child, I would NOT recommend this place. They have a high turn over rate, they are not reliable, they have trouble staffing, they fail to call whenever they are late. My baby has hypoplastic left heart syndrome and deserves top care & this place is not it, I'm in the process of moving to another company. I should have done more research before coming here.
