Our Affinity moving team was fantastic. Lisa set up the move and was a pleasure help us work through the planning phase. Jakob, Ron, Will, Christian, & DJ were the packers and movers. They worked as a team from the beginning to the end and were a pleasure to have in our home. They were always positive and worked very hard. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! I was in a real jam with a custom couch that I could not get up the stairs to my place. Affinity moving, George and his crew came in lifted it 15 ft through a second story window! Affinity is my first call for our moving needs!
We used Affinity Moving to move a sectional downstairs and a couch and a loveseat upstairs. The two gentlemen, Ron and Kao, doing the heavy lifting were absolutely amazing!! They could not have been kinder. They were professional and extremely careful while moving the furniture up and down the stairs. We highly recommend this company!!
This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Do Not book them unless you want to struggle getting them to do even the bare minimum. There were so many things wrong with their service. They show up to my house with three men that did not know what they were doing. We booked for them to move and assemble everything. They took 7 hours to move everything and didn’t not assemble items they were supposed to. I was told the moving was going to take 3 hours, they took 7 hours and got nothing done. Will, David and Terrence were wonderful! They were very polite, funny and very professional, they even helped me out when I couldn't go any more! I would definitely use Affinity Moving in the Future! I also want to mention, George the manager, Henrietta, Lisa and Rose...in Customer Service...they made me feel at home, plus communication was terrific at every point during the moving process!!
