This is a terrible clinic that exists purely to take your money. I booked vaccination appointments for my two children, and Dr. Tan confirmed by phone that there was no problem and that they had records on file. When we arrived, we were told that because the children came from mainland China, we'd be charged $150 per person, payment required upfront, and cash only — no credit cards accepted. Front desk receptionists are very nice and helpful but just avoid Dr. Brenda Tan! My original family doctor Dr.Chang is very nice and helpful, had to see Dr.Tan recently because Dr.Chang is on leave. Never had such a bad experience seeing a doctor, very rude and cold. Not helpful addressing my issue, just prescribed some medication to get rid of me. Doesn't even bother asking my past and current condition or listen to me. The appointment lasted less than a minute. I was left with disappointment with this doctor.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a long time and have had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, my recent visit with Dr. Tan was very disappointing. The appointment lasted only about one minute, and Dr. Tan appeared very cold and dismissive. My concerns were not properly addressed, and I did not receive clear or helpful answers to my questions. I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. I hope DR. Tan can improve the quality of care and communication for patients in the future.
