I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a long time and have had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, my recent visit with Dr. Tan was very disappointing. The appointment lasted only about one minute, and Dr. Tan appeared very cold and dismissive. My concerns were not properly addressed, and I did not receive clear or helpful answers to my questions. I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. I hope DR. Tan can improve the quality of care and communication for patients in the future.

Dr. Chang is very good and nice. She's very helpful for the patients. The front desk staff both are kind and responsible.

The front desk staff were always nice enough, but even with an appointment first thing in the morning, we ended up waiting almost an hour two times. After such a long wait you might expect friendly help with thorough explanations and solid answers to your questions. However, don't expect that with Dr. Tan. Her biggest concern seems to be how fast she can get you out the door. I would guess MSP pays them flat rate not hourly. Avoid this place if you have any chance to do so.

譚醫生真是很差的醫生，我帶小朋友去看耳朵，他很沒有禮貌地搞痛了我女兒的耳朵，我女兒說很痛，他竟然不相信，還說他現坐在這裏，感覺不出他很痛。 我女兒真的是耳朵痛才看醫生，他沒有道德， 真的無話可說，沒有愛心。不配做醫生。
