HIGHLY recommend!! I’ve been going to Richard for 8+ years at this point and would never consider leaving! He is kind, caring, and listens to feedback. I have always felt very comfortable around him and love that he’s constantly learning and modifying his craft to help his clients the best way for them!
Since moving to Woodbury, I’ve tried several massage therapists, and Richard is by far the best. He has great strong pressure that I like and always finds the tension spots. He uses a mix of techniques - massage guns to loosen tight muscles, cupping for surface tension, and deep tissue work. Every session brings huge relief. Highly recommend!
I really enjoy my appointments with Rich; his new location is in a convenient location and he does a very thorough job in the allotted time. The fact that he utilizes so many tools (massage gun, cupping, muscle scraping) without you having to ask is much appreciated. I work out very intensely so I need someone who actually gets into the muscles and tries to bring relief.
