Jared is truly a master of his craft. He is incredibly thorough and pays close attention to every detail, often noticing things others might miss, which can be early clues to much bigger issues. That level of insight is exactly what you want in a home inspector. He also uses advanced tools like thermal imaging (an absolute must have tool) and a crawlspace drone to evaluate areas you normally wouldn’t be able to see, which adds a ton of value and peace of mind.
