Jared did an excellent job inspecting a home my fiancé and I had under contract! He’s incredibly thorough and truly has his client’s best interest at heart. We used Jared for a home inspection that we had a few weeks ago, and realized that we had made the right decision as soon as he had walked through the door. He was exceptionally professional and detail oriented, which was exactly what we wanted as first time home buyers! After the inspection, he took the time to walk us through the findings and provided his thoughts. Jared was very professional, he found a leak and made sure we were aware before we bought the house. He made sure to check every little thing. He ended up going back for free just to make sure they got everything fixed, the report was very detailed and he went above and beyond for the amount I paid. He is the person to go to if you need a home inspection, answered all of my questions the day of, he’s the reason we were able to live in our house worry free.
