This agency completely failed our family. Unqualified caregivers, no-shows, workers walking out mid-shift, and constant unprofessional behavior. They lacked basic empathy and accountability. After promising a refund, they stopped responding and never returned our money. Avoid this company—especially if you care about your loved one’s wellbeing. Update: after posting this review, affinity issued the refund they promised.

This agency was a complete failure. Caregivers were unreliable and unqualified, with frequent no-shows and even unfinished shifts. Management showed no professionalism, empathy, or responsibility. Despite promising a refund, they disappeared and never returned our money. Do not trust this company with your loved one’s wellbeing.

We dealt with unqualified caregivers, repeated no-shows, workers leaving in the middle of shifts, and ongoing unprofessional behavior. There was no empathy shown for our family or our loved one, and no accountability when problems were raised. Do not use this agency. They sent an unprofessional, unqualified caregiver who refused to stay overnight, then failed to provide any reliable replacement coverage. After we canceled, they promised a refund in writing and never paid it or responded to follow-ups. Completely unreliable and unacceptable for anyone needing serious care.
