I am very grateful with the Agency for sending me Yanet Wile to care for my grandfather. She's amazing very polite and friendly she knows how to calm him because he can be tough sometimes. If there is a problem, I always call the Agency and the coordinator that handles my concerns and always helps me with whatever the problem may be. I can say that I am very thankful for the care that my grandfater is receiving.
I don’t know how this service gets decent stars because I had my mother that was supposed to have somebody come and give her a bath/etc they gave her times and the people never showed up, then they promised her they’d come the next day they’d never showed up again then they promised they’d come the following day.
