I'm a hunter and my hearing suffers as a result. I contacted Affinity Hearing looking for hearing protection I could wear while out-and-about chasing game. Courtney set me up with a set of custom-fit SoundGear electronic ear plugs. She was friendly, accommodating and professional. Now I can hear what's going on around me while keeping my ears safe from further damage. Both I and my hearing are grateful.

I received my first set of hearing aids from Affinity Hearing in 2012 and then had the opportunity to visit the VA. The VA issued me a new set of hearing aids in 2016 and then refused to provide additional service. I have returned to Affinity Hearing and have had the opportunity to meet with Courtney numerous times to discuss my current hearing aids and to demo new hearing aids. I am so happy with the great help I get at Affinity Hearing. I appreciate that there are two locations to visit. I started years ago with building a professional relationship with Steve Chargo & Sara and continuing with Dr. Courtney Stone and her staff. And hey, I have the very best hearing aides, the very best audiologists,which help me function to my fullest in my world. Its wonderful to go to concerts or to hear younger children chattering away!
Originally went to several hearing stores, which will remain anonymous.. Steve Chargo offered to help out the one I came from because their organization could no longer keep audiologists. I have received excellent care from Mr. Chargo, I will go nowhere else for hearing service. I would recommend his practice to anyone who is not getting the service they deserve from the big box organizations..
I have the utmost trust in Affinity. Questions always answered promptly. I am very satisfied with my hearing aids. Sarah is also a welcome addition to the office.
