I have been a patient for 3 years but apparently moving offices from one side of Waterford Lakes Town Center to another changes that. When I wasn't able to reach anyone via phone, I finally went in, only to find out I had to be created as a new patient and was going to be charged for the new patient visit. I would have to wait to see the dr because "apparently" hey do t adjust on the first visit. I have tried calling, while their voicemail says "helping someone else or on the phone", I find it hard to believe that all 8 time... read more

Affinity's Doctors and Staff are AWESOME!! I brought my daughter in for headaches and after a few months of treatment she is doing great. I highly recommend Affinity Health and Wellness Center!!!

My first visit to there office was last week, they where very helpful and made sure i was well looked after and was seen there and then even though it was 4.45pm. I had been with another practice before and was not very happy with the service there , this is a hundred times better experience.

They are caring right when you walk in the door and the doctor is very personal and makes you feel appreciated.

I initially went to this office the week of Thanksgiving for neck pain. They were running a little behind when I arrived, but the staff were very thoughtful and kept me informed on how much longer til I was seen. The staff is very caring and friendly. The office seems to be very organized and everything seems to run very smoothly. I have met both Dr's and both seem to be very caring and knowledgeable. Never Disappointed! honestly these doctors and never care so much about your wellbeing! they are awesome at what they do and constantly nice. they remember names and faces & treat you like family always!! go check them out!

I've been going to this chiropractic office for two months now and I love it! More than anything I love that in such a short amount of time the doctors have been able to tremendously improve the condition of my neck. Both doctors are very nice and extremely knowledgable in what they are doing. The office is also well equipped with physical therapy equipment (traction beds, wobble chair, posture pumps, etc.) you may need to further improve/treat your condition. honestly, they are sooo nice here. The doctors that work there truly care about your well-being and all the staff is so positive! they just want to see you improve. they have helped me so much with my back pain, i feel so blessed that i came here! they are awsome!

Can't speak much for the office and their staff as I did not have the opportunity to meet them. I was given an appointment for 2:00 PM and told to show 15 min. early for the paperwork. I showed up at 1:45 pm as requested to the doors locked. On the door the office hours were from Tue 9 – 12 and 3 - 6. So not only was I given an appointment for a time that they were not open, they wanted me to show up 15 min. early and sit outside by the door.
