I can't say enough about how helpful Affinity Health was to me when my family member was being admitted for care. They helped me through the process of admittance, and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. The care they provided to my family member put my mind at ease and created an overall positive experience during a stressful time. I would highly recommend their services.
This rating reflects the actions of affinity healthcare management, not the home itself. Affinity healthcare manages an assisted living home where my 98 year old relative has been living for almost a decade. Management has determined that it’s not financially feasible or to keep it open, although they never proposed any rate increase. I was informed they are only legally required to do a 60 day notice so that’s all they were going to do.
