On hold twice today fo 8 minutes each. Every month I have a prescription I have to call and request. All the doctor has to do is put the prescription through the web system which takes a few seconds ... but every month takes 5 days and I have to make 5 calls until it actually goes through. This happens every month. They are the most poorly managed healthcare group I’ve ever been to...
