In my experience Affinity Health has staff that really care about their clients and go above and beyond their duties to make them happy. They really understand the needs of the people they serve and show compassion during difficult times. I would hire them anytime as I know that the company can provide competent staff with all the required paperwork. Recommended all the way!
The care provided by Retire at Home was outstanding BUT since being bought out by Affinity Health, the service has been very poor. While the PSWs are very good, there is frequently insufficient staff to cover the shifts. The company does not always call to let you know that they are unable to cover shifts, leaving a very vulnerable individual without care. I am very disappointed in the service provided. They are very poorly organized
Affinity Health helped my Mother tremendously after her surgery. They were compassionate and caring. The caregivers were great with providing my Mother with companionship and helped her maintain her dignity during the tougher aspects of her personal care. We were so impressed that we kept the companion visits going as my Mother really bonded with one of her caregivers in particular! Definitely a top notch company.
