Leo and Allison are always so professional and extremely helpful and talented people. The entire work force at Affinity credit unions are a warm welcoming when you enter there locations. They helped me with my seven year daughter and starting her first savings account. They made the whole experience seem less and fun for me and her. Had to go here to make a payment. The person who took care if me was very positive and professional.
Recently, I had a relatively small issue with fraud on my checking account and stopped by the branch in order to obtain a new card. While there, we realized there had been a charge that hadn't been addressed. The branch manager and her team were exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and more than accommodating!!
