Went in there this morning with painful shoulder issues. From the front desk and until we were ready to leave, service was rapid and caring. The entire team was friendly, compassionate and professional. Thank you, All.

Went because my son still had a horrible cough a week after having the flu they checked him out. From the time of check in to check out we were there less than a hour. Everyone was super friendly
Rude receptionist. Total lack of compassion coming from the front desk, her remarks were dry, uncaring and sarcastic. Followed up by a triage nurse who seemed as though it was all humerus. I would not take my dog to this urgent care. Why an established office like Affinity would employ such a rude person to be their first point of contact is beyond me.
