I love coming here for my appointments very big place nicely decorated and workers are very professional and courteous. You can walk in and they also have guest wifi which i really needed at the time to make a call.
My appointment this morning was for 8:30. I arrived at 8:20, gave my name at the window, and was told I had been signed in. At 9:55, I had still not been called back for my appointment. I missed 2 hours of my work day and ended up having to leave before being seen for my appointment. When I approached the window to let them know that my appointment was for 8:30 and that I needed to leave, no explanation was given for why I had not been seen. Dr. De La O has been outstanding. Excellent exam, did not try to push expensive hearing aids. Highly recommend.
