Great service very friendly
I came here yesterday night and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The male nurse at the front desk was patient and kind with checking me in and helped me to get to my room, the lady nurse who came into the room was very kind and helpful and she was comforting me even while trying to help me when I was hurting really bad and the older male doctor was very helpful and friendly and funny he was very calm and respectful and from what I remember he seemed like he really liked his job - they all did. This is the only ER I will go to, although my reasoning for being there was an unpleasant experience, the ER was not. It is always so fast, I’ve never had to wait. They just take you straight back to a room. All the nurses and Dr. are so nice. I will forever got to this ER.
I don't understand why reviews are so low, I've been here for a dog bite and a snake bite. I was treated well and the staff was very nice. Plus I've never had a wait time going here.
Not sure why the poor ratings. Nurses A++, doc was A++.. only thing is doc bills separate from hospital, which im sure is going to be costly. But, in terms of service this place was excellent.
