I am appalled at today's incident! I have been going to Affinity Dental for a few years and have paid for expensive services like an implant. Today, Affinity Dental refused basic cleaning service because I did not want to proceed with deep cleaning. My gums do not even bleed!!!! I have been very skeptical of their recommendations because they always seem to add more and more services, that in my opinion, are not needed. I'm a sensitive person and I look at everything. Prior to this visit I was there and was waiting for up to 40 minutes for the doctor. I chose to leave and come back on another day when they could see me and I wouldn't have to wait so long. I showed up yesterday. It was a different doctor. I don't know if the doctor that had originally numbed me was angry for leaving or if he was just busy because I saw him there but I ended up with a different doctor. This doctor I don't know.
