I'm a sensitive person and I look at everything. Prior to this visit I was there and was waiting for up to 40 minutes for the doctor. I chose to leave and come back on another day when they could see me and I wouldn't have to wait so long. I showed up yesterday. It was a different doctor. I don't know if the doctor that had originally numbed me was angry for leaving or if he was just busy because I saw him there but I ended up with a different doctor. This doctor I don't know. Went in for a crown. They put in the temporary crown and sent out the mold for the permanent one. Couple weeks later I’m back in the office to get the permanent crown put on and they tell me I need a root canal on the tooth I’m getting the crown on and they don’t do those in their office. Why wait to tell me this???? Anyway a year later the permanent crown they made for me broke. Definitely better and more organized dentist in the area.
