This clinic deserves 0 stars ，front desk staff are extremely unfriendly. The older woman in the back, who claimed to be the manager, was full of lies, aggressive, and completely unreasonable. I don’t understand why the dentist would employ such staff—this is deeply disappointing. Great office
All of the front desk employees and admin personnel are rude and unhelpful. They all do not know how to check/ work with insurance to make sure you are able to have your cleaning appointment the day it is scheduled. They keep canceling my appointments (this happened 3 times) due to understaffed or other issues and did not tell me until I showed up at their office. So Amanda and Will we’re both very professional as was Frantz both made me feel welcomed and safe and comfortable frantz did The x-ray is very comfortably. There was no pain no poking everything went smoothly.
