I’ve called multiple times for an appointment request over the last month+. They will not call me back.
We were told $100 for a cleaning (uninsured) over the phone. We get there, they take x-rays, then tell us the cleaning is going to be $1,500 dollars because we “don’t qualify.” Obviously if we can’t afford insurance we can’t afford that. They still charged us the $100 dollars anyway, despite doing absolutely nothing to help us. Despicable lack of transparency. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
