So terribly bad. They made repeated promises that they did not follow through with. They helped set up my father inlaw's return home from the hospital but once he returned home they barely came or provided any supplies. Including gloves for their own use. One nursing assistant was helpful for one visit but the actual nurse that came did nothing. She didn't even change a bandage. In late 2024, when there were no other treatment options for my father's cancer, I resisted calling in hospice. We didn't have experience with hospice providers and it felt like giving up. I was wrong, I honestly wish we had called them sooner. Everyone who we spoke to and worked with at Affinity Care was so kind, compassionate and respectful.
