Extremely caring and attentive team!
We decided to put my mom in hospice on Thursday November 14, 2024 and Affinity of Virginia was recommended by VCU. This review is specific Stafford/Fredericksburg office. While promised 4 visits per week. 2 from a nurse and 2 from an aide we never got a single visit from either for an entire week after enrolling at which point we needed to put my mom in a nursing home as she was declining rapidly. I was having a hard time emotionally for obvious reasons and had my father provided with hospice services from Affinity after hearing some people i trusted give me positive feedback. I was unaware how involved a hospice company can be! They not only provided excellent care for my dad with great communication throughout but were there for me and family as well even after dad passed. Thank you for helping me during this challenging time. ❤️
I know many staff in this organization. They are spectacular folk, who go above and beyond for the most vulnerable in our nation!!
