First impression is a lasting impression. My home aide had a 4:00 pm appointment. Never Showed & Never Called. I had called the office & was told they would locate the aide & would call me back. Guess what? Never called me back. I called the office again & was told the office could not reach the aide, and would call me back. Once again the office never called me back. I called back & was told by the office the aide was on her way. It is 5:15 pm, Guess what? No show & no call. This is no way to run a business, especially when... read more
