Horrendous! Nurse Belinda & Aide Betty were amazing! Short of that the management dropped the ball on everything. Continuous care nurses that were ordered by the doctor were no show/no call. The Executive Director wanted to change the order for her convenience since they couldn't obtain a nurse. We had to fight for everything we needed for our loved ones care. Involvement with this agency caused trauma to the family. The Executive Director was condescending and does not run an organized care agency. STAY AWAY!!!
