I wish there was a Zero Star option. I utilized and Affinitiv system (CommunitySafe)for emergency notifications of customers utilizing my business for 9 years. I recently went to the website to update my customer database information, but the website was down. I tried for several days to log on but the site was still down. I contacted my technical rep at Affinitiv. He replied " CommunitySafe is down and won’t be coming back unfortunately." If i could leave no stars I would. My phone calls and voicemails have been ignored for weeks and I finally got ahold of our account manager and he told me he was in a meeting and hung up on me. I tried the corporate office as well... and again no answer, just sent to voicemail.
