I want the owners to know how I appreciate The Management team of Michelle and Cristi. And Maintenance team of Travis and Ashtyn. My thermostate wnet out Saturday night. I put a Maintenance request on the portal thinking that Monday they would fix it. I went to church Sunday. By the time got home it was fixed and they even closed my windows and started cooling down my Apartment. I have worked for this company for 3 years in addition to living at one of their properties for 2 years and I have always had an amazing experience. You can honestly tell that the people around you care and it is like having a family away from home, I would highly recommend working with this group and living at any of the properties managed by Affiniti.
Our hotel works very closely with the apartments owned and operated by Affiniti Management. The residents, property managers, and owners have all been very respectful and kind. Loved working with them!!
