I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of two Queen-size Jersey sheet sets I recently purchased from your Engadine store. Upon inspection, I discovered that the sewing was incomplete and slanted, resulting in poor overall quality. Went to the store with my son 24 September to look at some bedding for my new home. Was rudely told to leave the store as my son was scratching and he was wearing a mask. He suffers from eczema (which is not contagious or passed on), he was wearing a mask as people around us lately have had covid. The store person's attitude was rude and embarrassing. Wearing a mask now seems to be a reason to discriminate.
Been going here for years for presents, thermal flannels beautiful.
Bargains on high quality Manchester. Good choices and variety. Helpful friendly staff. Hard to walk out empty handed.
