I was informed that I had precancerous cells, but no one ever followed up with my test results. Now the location is closed, and the call center has been no help. This level of negligence is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Workers talk and gossip more than actually work. I’ve been in the waiting room for 45 minutes just for a pregnancy test.
Initially had an appointment that was rescheduled last minute. Mind you, we all work & I took off weeks prior to be at there. The date set for me didn’t work with my schedule and it’s been a hassle to try & reschedule with this place. They don’t answer the phone & I can tell they don’t care at all. Mind you my appointment was set months before. I wouldn’t recommend going to them at all!
