Initially had an appointment that was rescheduled last minute. Mind you, we all work & I took off weeks prior to be at there. The date set for me didn’t work with my schedule and it’s been a hassle to try & reschedule with this place. They don’t answer the phone & I can tell they don’t care at all. Mind you my appointment was set months before. I wouldn’t recommend going to them at all!
I would honestly give them no star they are terrible I been on the phone waiting for 20 minutes the lady said hold for a moment and never came back please don’t waste your time calling even. Crazy wait time
Phone service has the most awful wait time and then once I got someone they were rude and put me on hold with another number that just basically rung nonstop until I hung up after 10 minutes. Basically if you need mental help don’t call here they will make it worse.
Always have a fast visit and the staff is relatively friendly. The doctor I see is AMAZING! I love her! She listens to me completely, unlike in past experiences at a different clinic.
