I came here today for a mani and pedicure and left very disappointed. My pedicure nail polish was completely ruined by the time I drove back to my car. Every other salon I've gone to check if your feet are dry and always offer a dry fast spray if needed. The cuticles were not professionally removed and my feet look like I didn't have a pedicure. They are definitely careless in this salon. I wasted my time and money here. I won't be coming back.
Will not be back, Crystal was quite rude and rough with me. I currently have two infections in my nail bed from her careless nail filing even though she saw I was I was bleeding and literally painted over it.
I went there today and when putting my feet under the dryer, it messed up. I kept asking for help at the front desk and I was ignored repeatedly by a woman at the front desk. I continued to ask the staff that was walking by for help and I was repeatedly walked past. While they tended to their Caucasian customers and as a black woman I was continuously ignored. I complained and was just looked at. No sorry or anything.
