NP Hogan and her nurse Lucy are the best. They are a great team. They look out for my best health. I enjoy them. They are truly concerned about me as a patient. If it were not for the two of them I don't know what I would do. I think about them when ever I go on vacation. They are always telling me to get up and move around. Great staff and great Doctors and PA. We even love their phlebotomist. they always listen to your needs and work out a plan with you.
my husband and I have been going to Affiliates of Family Medicine since 2008 and we have had nothing but exceptional care. The doctors and staff are so kind and caring. They take time to listen and understand what is going on. I would recommend them to anyone!
