He is quick. Tried to talk me out of blackhead removal surgery. I decided to go ahead. Took about 10 minutes. Nurse was pleasant as well as front desk staff. Office is outdated. Not there for decor aesthetics.
My wife and I have had great service from Dr Littman for nearly 3 years. Very knowledgeable and gets right down to business . The office is paper and handwritten notes and files. Good guy who is very thorough.
Yes, Dr Littman works quicker than some doctors, but he knows his stuff. I have gone to him a few times for skin issues, and he always has been able to help me clear up the situation. As I write this I am waiting for a callback tp set up a meeting.
I'll add some comments to those above. Yes, Dr. Littman is quick in his examinations, but that's because he knows what to look for. Other dermatologists do the same. As for his nurse, she is not a native speaker of English, and that German/Austrian accent can sound very clipped and brusque. Anyway, Dr. Littman found a skin lesion that might have been cancerous (but turned out to be a wart and non cancerous) in his examination of me two years ago, in the same quick way. As the other two reviewers note, Dr Littman is the epitome of what a doctor should not be. He rushed through the appointment with an air of condescension and had absolutely no useful input to provide. The reception is unhelpful, the place is overall quite dingy and you'll probably find yourself being the only person there if you do visit. At the end of all this, I was charged $270 dollars because my insurance didn't cover the visit apparently.
