Was really happy with my care experience here. Amazing technician, really nice team to work with.
In and out within an hour! Usually spend hours if not all day at emergency care. The Vet was very helpful and new what the problem was and what it is called for future issues!
My cat was unexpectedly unable to use his back legs so I took him here to get checked out. This place has the kindest most compassionate care team I could’ve asked for. They gave us all of our options and were very honest about every possible outcome, even discussing the long term ramifications. Unfortunately, the best option for my baby was euthanasia. I have been coming to ER for over 8 years. The staff has switched out a few times. Which at times it was not a friendly and caring place but, I went a few days ago and the staff they have now is very kind and helpful. I had no worries about my pets needs. Even from start of me calling all the way through the process everyone was professional and took my concerns seriously. Thank you to the current staff for all you do for our fur babies.
I took my dog in on a Sunday morning with an impalement injury. She was seen immediately and the staff there took great care of her. They had her x-rayed, stitched up and ready to come home with a couple of hours later.
