Travelled there directly from my vets office Friday in rush hour traffic with my critically ill 3 month old puppy who by the time I arrived was having difficulty breathing and had 500 ML of ascites fluid already collected in her abdomen. My vet had called ahead so they were expecting me and he also sent me with copies of the blood work and X-rays he had just done. We had to take our elderly dog in tonight after she sustained neck injuries in a dog fight. I was near hysterical when I arrived. The staff was professional, thorough, and incredibly compassionate. I am so grateful for the way they cared for our baby!!! Special thanks to Tanika, Terri, and Dr. Long!!!
Had to take our little pomerian dog here July 3rd staff is great, Dr Pam and Dr Long are wonderful. It is very stressful for owners and the animal but the staff and Drs know this so they provide the information and let owner make decision for the care. Thank you to all staff and both Dr's in his care. I highly recommend this facility and staff. Very dedicated, knowledgeable, and most of all compassionate!!!! Kudos to this facility and staff!!!!!
Good evening. My fiancé and I, Jay (Jason Nadeau) brought our Basset Hound, Piper, to you Sunday night with a snake bite from a Pygmy Rattler. We had contacted our vet as soon as the bite occurred and had her to you for treatment sighing 45 minutes. I want to send a huge heartfelt THANK YOU from all of us!! She was treated with antivenin (2 vials - since she received far worse of a bite than was initially thought, as well as FFP) and from what was obvious to us, a lot of compassion from the staff there! I rescued a pregnant sick puppy Friday and the staff was so thorough and compassionate with us all! Dr. Pam is amazing and her staff is incredible! Thank you ladies for great vet care, and fair pricing on a Saturday walk-in! This is my second rescue weekend visit and I would never hesitate to come back!
