The most frustrating and disappointing medical group in every way. Difficult to make an appointment. Hardly any availability. I finally scheduled way in advance to have them cancel my appointment near where I live only to me reschedule 20 miles away. Then I get to my appointment 10 minutes early only to wait for an hour to get seen. Absolutely unprofessional, unnecessary wait times. Constant hassle. Long wait times on the phone. Horrible ill never return..The Dr was rough like he was digging for gold. 3 fingers round and round 10 times like a helicopter is unecessary. Im reporting him to honorhealth
If I could give this place negative stars I would. HORRIBLE Doctors (Jaffe & Faisal). If you care about your own health or that of your loved ones, turn around immediately. The front desk people did their job. But both doctors and one horribly trained nurse were to blame. Run away from these clowns. They will only hurt you.
Trying to schedule appointment as new patient. Hung up after 10+ minutes on hold and hearing “Your call will be answered…” 20 times. Based on my experience, if you value your health and self respect, you would stay as far away from this company as possible. My experience was horrible with both doctors and some of the staff. I experienced unprofessional behavior at both the South Scottsdale and North Phoenix locations. God forbid I ever need to use a Urologist in the future, these people will never be on the list. I'll spare you the details as it was medical. NOT GOOD!
