Horrible ill never return..The Dr was rough like he was digging for gold. 3 fingers round and round 10 times like a helicopter is unecessary. Im reporting him to honorhealth
If I could give this place negative stars I would. HORRIBLE Doctors (Jaffe & Faisal). If you care about your own health or that of your loved ones, turn around immediately. The front desk people did their job. But both doctors and one horribly trained nurse were to blame. Run away from these clowns. They will only hurt you.
Trying to schedule appointment as new patient. Hung up after 10+ minutes on hold and hearing “Your call will be answered…” 20 times. Based on my experience, if you value your health and self respect, you would stay as far away from this company as possible. My experience was horrible with both doctors and some of the staff. I experienced unprofessional behavior at both the South Scottsdale and North Phoenix locations. God forbid I ever need to use a Urologist in the future, these people will never be on the list. I'll spare you the details as it was medical. NOT GOOD!
Been an Affiliated Urologists patient for several years. Once again, they called to inform me they needed to reschedule my appt for next week. This happens prob 50% of the time. And they've bounced me around to multiple providers. I've never been seen by the provider they have me assigned to though. Is that crazy, or what? Last week, I sent a message requesting them to send in a rx for a medication. After 3 phone conversations with them over a 3 day period, they said "no".
