Should not waste your time going to this practice. They can’t keep your prescription straight, consistently miss your updates. To top it all off; They never even answer their phone. You’ll wait on hold for hours and then they hang up on you. I found another urologist.
It's impossible to get a hold of the office via phone. I was on hold for an hour!! And they never answered. It's unfortunate because the doctors are great.
It is impossible to get an appointment with a doctor or PA at this facility even though I am an existing patient. I called Friday afternoon and found that the office closes at 1:00 on Fridays, despite what the website states. I called today at 9:14am (Monday) and went through the rig-a-maroll to make an appointment. I have currently been on hold listening to the inane messages and mural for 54 minutes! No end in sight.
