Where to start rude phone person, incompetent back office, front desk is nasty as can be and a Doctor that actually lies. Ughh I hate people that are dishonest, that’s the worst thing to be. I saw Dr. Cooper for quite some time and it turns out he was prescribing me incorrectly for years. You make your own decision if you want to use these urologists, there are so many others out there. You are not a patient here or treated like a human just a number in this place ran like a mill.
