I scheduled the appointment on Zocdoc for this practice at their North Phoenix location near Anthem. I called the office after scheduling to confirm the appointment as I always have issues with Zocdoc. They confirmed my appointment verbally over the phone. I got my reminder email from Zocdoc with the address and time of the appointment the day before the appointment. I showed up and the suite was closed and locked. Dr. Powers was so Rude. His attitude was uncalled for. As I was leaving, I was crying. I awas afraid to ask him one more question. I won't be going back
Dr Powers is an amazing doctor. He thoroughly explains everything and is very personable. We arrived at Dr Powers office when my husband was having severe pain from a kidney stone blockage. Dr Powers got us into the emergency room next door while we awaited emergency surgery with him that evening.
