I agree with the other review. The office staff, mainly the MAs here are the absolute worst. Consistently dropping the ball on prior auths, Rx refill requests from your pharmacy, rude and conflicting communication - if you can get ahold of them, and the office manager is zero help. To make it worse, their leadership admits that they have this issue and while their coaching hasn't worked, they continue to allow these people to churn customers away from decent providers. Condescending staff permeate this practice. Frequently provided inaccurate communication, when they chose to communicate. Impossible to trust a medical group that lacks empathy or the desire to inform their patients.
