Worst experience for my husband. Anesthesiologist was new to office and couldn't stop a bleeding, couldn't get help from the unproffessional unexperienced staff there. Fever 103 after the procedure 4 days later. Office had us go to emergency and no check up from them. They are the worst!!! Please stay away from this place!!!!! Please!!!!!
My experience at this Central office location. Dr. Jaffe is the treating physician and I like him and feel he is competent but the rest of his office, the procedures, communication, care, and professionalism seem extremely lacking. I had an outpatient procedure with anesthesia. The anesthesiologist was hurried and explained he was the backup called in last minute. He put the IV in and it wasnt connected correctly. Service in the office seems great and the Doc seems great but the communication has been pretty terrible. Waiting for a call back might take a very long time. We were waiting on a triage nurse to tell us if we needed to go to the ER and after waiting 4 hours we decided to just go.. 15 hours after a "rushed" call back we were told we should go in. Thankfully we already skipped their help and did it on our own. The docs are great but the communication is brutal.

After years as a patient of Affiliated Urologists I will never return. Every year I get a new doctor. Now I get why they can’t keep anyone. I had an appointment in the afternoon. They took a blood test and then called me a couple of weeks later with the test results. The doctor said that the results are invalid because they were taken in the late afternoon. Then why did you have me take it then? I had to pay almost $100 for a test the insurance company won’t accept? They asked me to take it again in the morning but they neve... read more
