You may very well spend the rest of your life trying to reach a human being at this office. The phone system directs you to the wrong place. The online message portal doesn't allow you to send messages. The website has been hacked and displays information about the Renaissance Faire. No matter when you call, expect a 60+ minute hold time, even to reach scheduling. You literally cannot reach a human being at this office without physically driving there and standing at the desk. Worst office staff. Wife was in St Joe's and had a kidney stone that had blocked her kidney and caused sepsis. One of the Urologists did a surgery that attached a bag to her kidney. He told us to call the office after release and schedule to have bag and stone removed, telling us she wouldn't have the bag more than a week. Here we are going on week 2 and you can't speak to the surgery scheduler, and in the meantime all the supplies given to my wife to last her till surgery are gone( saline to flush kidney, antibiotics etc). ... read more
