Been over a week since they said they would call me back. They really don't follow up. Waste of time. Just like M mental health and independence now.

My husband was successful in getting appointments a few years ago, however, they were continuously losing his prescriptions, sending them to the wrong address, completely forgetting to send them, the excuses went on and on.
