We requested assistance to retrieve a vehicle and were asked to send all types of paperwork, including forms created by this company, in order to pick up our vehicle. We sent everything they asked for. We haven't heard back from this company in a week. When we called today and asked for an update we were told they wouldn't pick up the vehicle because someone has a "broke back." Don't waste your time with these people!

It was the most stressful time for me going through a repossession of my vehicle. But Barbara was the most kindest and helpful person ever. She made a horrible experiance in life bearable and was more compassionate and helpful then the lady I dealt with at my credit union. I pray I never have to go thru this again but I can not thank Barbara enough for her kindness she showed me.

This is the oldest and best recovery agency in the Fresno area. The adjusters are highly experienced, well trained and acquainted with the state laws. They have always been very conscientious about protecting the collateral but also the customers' personal property and their clients' image in the field.

These people will rip u off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To that fullest!!!!! Items missing. And they have no idea of what happened
