This place is a complete clown show and the radiologists do not know what they are doing. I had a MRI for a follow up on my aneurysm and the resident doctor and attending doctor simply estimated the size of my aneurysm. I know this because I had my previous MRI done at Northwestern where they measure it exactly, not just give some general estimate or guess about the size of it. DO NOT BOTHER! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!!! If I could give Zero stars, I would!! My Dr’s office faxed over my MRI order on 3/21/24. I called the next day to schedule it. This Dept said it wasn’t in their system. I emailed my Dr’s office & it they faxed & emailed it again. So went the cycle for 2 WEEKS!! Here I was chewing out my Dr’s office & it was this Department’s fault the entire time! Throughout my 5 Calls to this Department, I was on hold over 5 Hours!!!!
