After years of not being able to walk correctly as my right ankle would get stuck and preventing full dorsiflexion and meeting with several orthopedic surgeons prior to meeting with Dr. Richey and his staff. They make you wait way too long. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re just going to be spending 1+ hours just waiting.
Made an appointment for 1130am, 45 minutes later still waiting to be seen. Won't be coming back. Edit on owner response: The response is filled with lies. No one told me to fill out forms online to save time. I was never called by any nurse. I did wait over 45 minutes in the lobby. The two front counter attendants were on their cell phones sharing their screens with each other and giggling about whatever they were looking at. After 30 minutes, I asked if I would be seen soon.
