They sell to both pros and DIYers. I ordered a part on their website and chose to pick it up in person. The correct part was waiting and ready to go when I got there. Fast, easy, no nonsense. You do need to create an account to order, however.
The reps working here are very helpful and knowledgeable, and the company seems to be very well organized. At one point they did advise me to buy a part that was incorrect, but since I was able to return it for a full refund, I don't consider this to be a big deal, we all make mistakes sometimes. Great customer service!
