I wish I didn‘t have to leave a star. This place has zero regard for time and peoples well being. Every time my wife goes there she always comes home super stressed out and complaining about the same thing. She has been going there for about a year and is very familiar with the process. As a business how can you post your hours of operation but do not adhere to them?
