I really like this place alot they have help me out in so many ways very friendly and kind and willing to listen to you but every time i need to contact them i cant get ahold of them when i call it always says they are closed even when its during business hours and on the patient portal i can not find any where i can send a message if i could get ahold of them this 100 percent would be 5 stars i would still highly recommend this place but right now I am a little upset because I have been without my medicine and cannot get a ... read more
This place is awesome. I am extremely impressed by the drs helping me here.
I am left crying, disgusted, and disheartened by how I was treated by the receptionists and one of the directors. I called—calmly (and I emphasize calmly)—to inquire about my bill and express my concerns about feeling rushed during my appointment. Instead of being heard, I was repeatedly talked over and hung up on. The following day, the billing director, Katie, contacted me, only to inform me that I was being discharged with no opportunity to appeal.
