I am not sure what happened to others but I just went in and out in 10 minutes for a blood draw. I didn't wait at all. People were friendly and efficient. Easy peasy, I say.
What are absolutely disaster mess disorganization this place is
Blood draw on January 23, 2024. After 27 days Quest still has not sent the results to the requesting physician. // Follow-up April 19: Sometimes Quest screws up but most of the time they get it right. They did OK on a more recent blood draw and test.
This is a draw station open to the public, but is now run by Quest Diagnostics. Very pleasant staff that gets folks in and out quickly. The blood draw was painless!
This place is no longer run by Northern Light Quest has it. You cant speak to a person you have to do it electronically. How can they handle a need for translation service that way. Which means hundreds of people possibly sick touching the same thing all day with no cleaning. I am not a germ a phobe but that is gross. To get ahold of anyone about billing I am on my 2nd phone number & 3 rd person
