Won't go anywhere else I LOVE Affiliated. I have had them for years and won't go anywhere else for my insurance needs. My life and insurance needs have changed many times throughout the years, I have even moved several cities away, but I can't imagine working with different agents. Outstanding Customer Service I have been a customer for over 10 years now and I have never had a problem. Everytime my insurance is up, they are sure to find me the best deals. I love the people who work there, they go beyond just being an agent! They are very friendly and personabIe. I have recommended them to several of my friends and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!
Very Impressed I have been coming to affiliated for a few years now for car insurance. This is the first place I purchased my insurance when I was 18. The staff made it easy for me to understand what my insurance covers. When I let my policy lapse they took me back with no problem at all. I like that I am able to pay my bill over the phone instead of driving all the way to Tacoma.
If I could give a lower rating If I could give a lower rating I would. The employees themselves must have written the 5 star review. I had my home insured thru this company. I never received a face page telling me what was covered. When I called to inquire I was referred to the insuring company and come to find out basically nothing is covered. These folks are NOT an insurance company they are brokers. You better know that they make money off marking up your insurance and unlike a real insurance company they can't even answe... read more
Excellent Customer Service I am always treated very well at this office. The agents are helpful, friendly and answer all my questions. They always give me a fair price for auto insurance. The service is prompt and reliable. Once I had to let my insurance lapse and after I had gone back in to renew it, I received a card in the mail thanking me for returning to them! I would never go anywhere else for auto insurance.
