Find a different lender. The work was sloppy and unprofessional. The loan officer I was assigned had very poor communication skills, no grasp of English grammar (his emails made no sense whatsoever!), and used a patronizing tone when speaking to me. I finally I told my real estate agent I could no longer work with him so she took over working with someone else at the firm just to get the loan done. He couldn't even get my name right.
