I'd say listening and actually taking care of your patients would be a start. my review of this place is the staff sucks. I was given no information about my preop and my surgery was canceled less then 14 hours before my surgery. this morning when I asked who dropped the ball on my surgery I was spoken to like I was shit. I refuse to be treated like that.
