$3400 later after blood test and ultrasound and they say everything came back fine yet day ten and the poor Kitty still hadn't eaten or drank and had to be put down. Extremely overpriced not one answer and still lost my daughters cat which was her world. Thank you Blue Pearl you should feel really good about yourselves.

Our dog cut her leg severely on a Friday night and we had to take her in for emergency surgery. Everyone was professional and compassionate, from handling my first panicked phone call to giving discharge instructions in the morning. Dr. Lee called us as soon as she was in recovery after midnight. (They asked if we wanted a call). They handled her and us with kindness and competence at every level. Extremely overpriced I would never go here again the way they treated me was unpleasant they don’t care about anything here but money I paid over $1,000 for a visit for them to run a X-ray and blood work and them to tell me they couldn’t do the surgery on my dog please check out veterinarians before you waste your time

I followed their process with an exam and consultation, the Doctor/Specialist had us do unneeded pre- surgical tests and didn't do what was actually needed to properly assess(cat-scan) or diagnose the dog before going into a major surgery.My dog didn't need to be put under the knife, go under anesthesia or leave with aspiration pneumonia. He came back in worse shape than when we left him & this all could have been avoided.We did not sign up for an exploratory surgeryy, I want my $2330 refunded.
I took my puppy into the Emergency Vet due to what I believed was a urinary tract infection (they confirmed) and was treated very kindly and with respect. Dr. Kim Anderson and her staff were attentive and kind toward my pup and myself. We were sent on our way with medicine and also advice toward signs or indications of a further need to bring Ginger back.

They deserve less than 0!!!!! They were the most non-caring staff that I have ever known!!!!! Way overpriced, non-caring, poor perspective on the condition of the pet and then giving oral medication when the dog was having a difficult time breathing. The staff seemed to have no idea of the severity of the condition of the animal and would rather have money than a caring spirit.
