DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!Very unprofessional and rude. I was given an appointment only to go there and found, the clinic was closed at that time, no body even apologized. 2) Next incident; my dog had an ear infection, he only looked my dog ears with otoscope, never did any culture for my dog to know which bacteria he was treating, just gave steroids, it didn't work and I had to take him back for the second time, he just repeated the same treatment. True ER vet. They stabilize then expect your pet to be treated by a regular vet. They did one lab and I had to insist on xrays. Treatment was pain meds and Pepcid. No dietary recommendations or answers/diagnosis. I was told my dog had "belly pain" which I knew-that was why I was there. Belly pain is a symptom, not a diagnosis. I felt a little dismissed and almost unbleieved that my dog was sick since he was not vomiting. His stomach was rock hard and he yelped when touched, His panting was very labored. My dog's coordination and recover is about 90-95% already and I couldn't be happier. The Veterinary Surgery Center definitely helped get his strength back.
